Artistic Apple Advertisements

The video editing aspect of project 4 got me thinking “huh, all these techniques must be useful beyond this class onto other videography!” And the most salient form of videos we see today to me was: Advertisements. I realized that we are exposed (knowingly and unknowingly) to tens and hundreds of advertisements a day, and that we process the product differently according to the appeal of the advertisement. It made me once again realize that Apple’s success not only comes from their advanced tech team, but their advanced video-making / advertising team. It made me watch the iPhone XS ad in a different lens — it got me thinking, ‘what would I have done if I were given this product to present to, and make it look both artistic and capable?’
