Unicode, the organization that maintains the emoji keyboard that we all know and love, has announced big additions for its 2019 release, and they mostly have to do with inclusion.
In the lineup for discussion include mixed-race families, a wheelchair, a sloth, a white heart, and more. Both inter-racial couples and family emojis are in the drafts for the March 2019 release of emojis.
