Something that caught my eye recently was this article, which details the first fully-digital art museum in Japan. Named the Mori Building Digital Art Museum, this 10,000 square meter space in Tokyo has drawn raving reviews for its immersive experiences. Visitors can choose between 5 different areas of the building, where screens surrounding the entire room allow visitors to move freely and interact with the installations around them. Artworks move around freely in what the team calls a “borderless art installation”. While tickets have been consistently selling out, it’s definitely worth a visit if one happens to be in the area.
