Light Therapy

The Museum of Contemporary Art in Toronto, Canada is hosting “Light Therapy” by Apolonija Šušteršič, this is the second installation of its Art in Use Project. “Light Therapy” is a room that is designed with a large amount of light, to stimulate a sunny day. This experiential work is aimed to help decrease the “winter blues”. This can also be deemed as a treatment for people with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), jet lag, and insomnia.
