The Museum of Contemporary Art in Toronto, Canada is hosting “Light Therapy” by Apolonija Šušteršič, this is the second installation of its Art in Use Project. “Light Therapy” is a room that is designed with a large amount of light, to stimulate a sunny day. This experiential work is aimed to help decrease the “winter blues”. This can also be deemed as a treatment for people with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), jet lag, and insomnia. It is a form of therapy with no known side effects.
