The other day, I was browsing the internet when I stumbled upon a video detailing the incredible transformation of a piece of fruit into a work of art. I was blown away by the amount of detail the artist was able to include with only two colors at their disposal, and also impressed that someone was able to see the artistic potential of a piece of fruit.
Upon further research, it turns out fruit carving is a “very common technique” in Europe and Asia, with canvases including “watermelons, apples, strawberries, pineapples, and cantaloupes” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fruit_carving). It seems to me there is no limit to what humans can convert into pieces of art. What other unique forms of artistic expression have you encountered?
